Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“you”, “Customer”) and CEF TECHNOLOGY LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered office at 1603 Capitol Ave., Ste. 310, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“CEF”, “we”, “us”).
They govern your use of OKTV by CEF (the “Services”), the website ok-tv.com, the operator panels through which you manage the Services (the “Panel”) and the OKTV apps (the “Apps”).
By requesting or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not request or use the Services.
2. What the Services do
OKTV is a TV middleware offered in the cloud: a platform that runs a TV service for your business. Through the Panel you manage your content, your packages and your subscribers, and your subscribers watch in the Apps, signing in with the credentials you give them.
We operate the platform on our own infrastructure. There is no server software for you to install.
We describe the Services’ capabilities on ok-tv.com and in the documentation we provide. We do not promise features that are not described there or agreed with you in writing.
3. Accounts
You need an account on the Panel to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for everything done under your account, including by the users you create in it.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into this agreement, on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully.
4. Your subscribers
The Services let you offer a TV service to your own subscribers. You decide who they are, what they can watch and on how many devices. Your relationship with your subscribers is yours: you are responsible for your terms with them, for supporting them, and for the subscriber data you enter into the Services. We do not contract with your subscribers.
5. Plans, prices and taxes
The plan, the price and the billing period of your Services are those set out in the order or quote we agree with you. Prices are in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, and exclusive of any taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or levies applicable in your jurisdiction, other than taxes on our income.
Startups & Hotels is offered as a monthly subscription at the price shown on ok-tv.com/pricing/, paid online by card through Stripe. It is billed in advance each month and renews automatically every month until you cancel it.
We may change our prices. A change does not affect a period you have already been invoiced for, and we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect.
6. Payment and non-payment
Online subscriptions are charged by Stripe, our payment processor. For other plans, the payment method is agreed with you when your Services are set up. Where you pay by card, it is handled by the payment processor and we do not receive or store your full card details.
If a payment fails, we contact you at the address on your account. If payment is still not received after the period stated in your order, we may suspend the Services until the outstanding amount is paid.
7. Cancellation
Online subscriptions (Startups & Hotels): you may cancel at any time by writing to sales@cef-technology.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: the Services keep running until then, no further charge is made, and no refund is given for a partial month.
Other plans: you may cancel the Services as set out in your order.
On cancellation, your access to the Panel ends and the Apps stop serving your subscribers at the end of the period you have paid for.
8. Support and service levels
Support for the Services is provided at support@cef-technology.com. Because we operate the platform ourselves, improvements to it apply to every customer as we make them.
Availability commitments and their remedies are set out in our SLA at cef-technology.com/sla/, which commits to a minimum Service Availability of 99.9% per calendar month for each covered service.
9. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- The content you make available through the Services, and holding all the rights and licences needed to distribute it to your subscribers, in every territory where they watch.
- Your subscribers, your terms with them, and the subscriber data you enter.
- The sources of your channels and video on demand, and keeping them available.
- Complying with all laws applicable to your TV, broadcasting or distribution activity.
- Keeping a way to be reached: service notices and payment problems are sent by email to the address on your account.
Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may not do with the Services.
10. Intellectual property
The Services, the Panel, the Apps, the documentation and the website, including all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property in them, belong to CEF or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Where the Apps carry your brand, your brand remains yours, and you grant us only what we need to show it in the Apps. The content you make available remains yours; you grant us only what we need to carry it to your subscribers as you have asked.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, and we warrant that they will substantially perform as described in our documentation and in our SLA.
Beyond that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that they will operate correctly with content sources, networks, devices or third-party systems outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, and any service credits due under the SLA are counted towards that amount.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from the content you make available through the Services, from your relationship with your subscribers, from your breach of these Terms, or from your unlawful use of the Services. This includes claims by rights holders in respect of content you did not hold the rights to distribute.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Services if you materially breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or if payment remains outstanding after the period stated in your order.
Where the breach can be cured, we will give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure it first, unless the breach is unlawful or causes immediate harm.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will publish the updated version at ok-tv.com/legal/ with a new effective date, and where changes are material we will notify account holders by email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the Services after the change takes effect means you accept it.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with your order, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us on this subject. Where your order and these Terms differ, your order prevails.
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right on one occasion is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you may not do with OKTV. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and breaking it can cost you your Services.
It is deliberately short. The principle behind it: you are responsible for what you distribute, and for having the right to distribute it.
1. Content
You must not use the Services to distribute content that:
- You do not hold the necessary rights or licences to distribute, in the territories where your subscribers watch. This is the important one.
- Infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- Is unlawful in the jurisdictions where it originates or is watched.
- Depicts child sexual abuse, or incites violence, terrorism or hatred.
- Is intended to defraud or deceive its audience.
We carry your content; we do not watch it. We do not review or inspect the content you distribute, beyond the technical monitoring needed to keep the Services running. This clause is about your responsibility, not our surveillance, and it is why a rights complaint reaches you.
2. The Services and your account
You must not:
- Resell or provide the platform itself to other operators, without a written agreement with us. Serving your own subscribers is what the Services are for.
- Share Panel credentials outside your organization, or use an account you were not issued.
- Attempt to reach another customer’s content, subscribers or data, or any part of the Panel you have not been granted access to.
- Misrepresent who you are, or who holds the rights to the content you distribute.
3. Networks and our systems
You must not use the Services to attack, overload or disrupt any network or service, gain unauthorized access to any system, or distribute malware. You must not probe or overload the Panel, the Apps or our infrastructure, or automate requests to them in a way that degrades them for others.
4. What happens if you breach this policy
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- Contact you and ask you to fix it.
- Suspend the affected Services.
- Terminate your Services without refund.
- Report the matter to the authorities, where the law requires it.
For anything that is unlawful or causing immediate harm, we may act first and explain afterwards. Otherwise we will normally contact you first and give you a reasonable chance to put it right.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using OKTV in breach of this policy, tell us at support@cef-technology.com with as much detail as you can.
Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible for your data
CEF TECHNOLOGY LLC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with registered office at 1603 Capitol Ave., Ste. 310, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA, is the controller of the personal data described here.
Contact for privacy matters: sales@cef-technology.com
This policy covers ok-tv.com, the Panel, and the support we provide by email.
Your subscribers’ data
When you use OKTV to serve your subscribers, you decide which subscriber data is entered into the Services and why. For that data you are the controller and CEF processes it on your behalf, only to provide the Services to you. Your subscribers should address their requests about it to you.
2. What we collect
When you contact us
Name, email address, company and country if you give them, and whatever you write in the message. Our contact form is processed on our own infrastructure at Cloudflare and delivered by Google Workspace to sales@cef-technology.com.
When you have an account on the Panel
Name, email address, credentials and your organization.
When you are invoiced
Billing name and address, country, and tax identifiers where required. We never receive or store your full card number: where you pay by card, the details go to the payment processor, never through us.
When you visit the website
ok-tv.com is a static site. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data including IP address, for security and delivery. The site does not use advertising or tracking tags.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR terms) |
|---|---|---|
| Provide the Services and the Panel | Account, configuration | Performance of a contract |
| Process your subscribers’ data on your behalf | What you enter | Performance of a contract, on your instructions |
| Invoice the Services | Billing details | Performance of a contract |
| Send service email: notices, payment problems | Email address | Performance of a contract |
| Answer your requests and provide support | Whatever you send us | Contract + legitimate interest |
| Comply with tax and accounting law | Billing, invoices | Legal obligation |
| Keep the Services secure | Logs, IP | Legitimate interest |
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary, with:
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe, our payment processor | Online subscriptions and card payments | USA / global |
| Cloudflare | Website hosting and delivery, contact form processing, anti-spam checks | Global |
| Google Workspace | Our mailboxes and contact form delivery | USA / EU |
We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you.
5. International transfers
We are established in the United States, and our providers operate globally. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Brazil, your data is transferred outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details.
6. How long we keep it
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Account records | While your account is active, then 3 years |
| Your subscribers’ data | While your Services are active, then deleted or returned to you as agreed |
| Invoices and payment records | 7 years, or as tax law requires |
| Support correspondence | 3 years |
| Contact form messages | 2 years |
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your supervisory authority. In Brazil, the LGPD grants comparable rights. In California, the CCPA gives you rights of access and deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
To exercise any of these, email sales@cef-technology.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. Some data we cannot delete on request: we must keep invoices for tax purposes.
8. Cookies
The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Full detail in our Cookie Policy.
9. Security
We protect your data with HTTPS everywhere, access controls on the Panel, and by keeping card data entirely out of our systems. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
OKTV is a professional service, sold to businesses. This website and the Panel are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 through them.
11. Changes
We will publish any update here with a new date, and notify account holders by email of material changes.

Cookie Policy
1. The short version
The website ok-tv.com sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and that is why it shows no consent banner. If we count visits, we do it with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
2. What a cookie is
A small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for a site to work; others track you. We use only the first kind.
3. What may be set
| Cookie | Where | What it does | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Security cookie | Website | Set by Cloudflare, our host, to tell visitors from automated attacks, including on the contact form | Strictly necessary |
| Session cookie | Panel | Keeps you signed in | Strictly necessary |
Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, because without them the service you asked for cannot work.
4. What we do not use
- ❌ Advertising cookies
- ❌ Analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking
- ❌ Selling browsing data, or combining it with your Panel account
5. Managing cookies
Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking the Panel’s session cookie means you will not be able to sign in.
6. Changes
If we start using cookies for anything beyond what is described here, we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
